Payment Options: 1. Electronic Bank Transfers are accepted from all countries (preferred payment method). Once your order is confirmed, our bank account details will be provided. Once payment has been received into our bank account, goods will be despatched immediately. 2. Credit cards (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard; accepted from some countries). Our sales staff will be happy to advise the payment options available to you upon receipt of your enquiry. Once your order is confirmed, credit card details can be securely provided via our website, fax or phone. Please do not include your credit card details in regular e-mail as it is not secure. Note: we do not accept cheques, cash or any other form of payment for international orders. Packaging and Handling Fee: A packaging & handling fee of USD20.00 will be charged on each international shipment. Delivery Options: We can ship goods via a range of reputable international carriers. Shipping fees can be included on the invoice or charged to your nominated carrier's account. Shipping fees will be quoted for each order based upon carrier, parcel weight/size and speed of delivery. Minimum Order Value: All orders must be a minimum of AUD50.00 worth of goods. Packaging and freight fees are extra. All international orders are exempt from Australian Goods & Services Tax (10% gst). All quoted pricing is 'gst free'. Returns Policy: Please read the 'Return of Goods' section in our terms and conditions. Time frames for the return of goods from overseas may be extended.
